MONOCOT gaurantees your complete satisfaction with all of our products. If you are unhappy with the quality or performance of any of our offerings, contact us within 30 days of our shipping of the merchandise and we will promptly refund your entire cost for that product provided that the product is returned in it's origional packaging with all accessories postage paid by the buyer and postmarked before the end off that 30 day period. Payments via credit card via electronic processing or otherwise must be approved for credibility before shipment. Payments by check must clear our account prior to shipping. All orders will be processed for shipment upon approval of payment. Allow 8 to 14 days for delivery. Any manufacturers gaurantees supplied with any product distributed by MONOCOT will be a first recourse for replacement of parts or entire units should those prove defective in any way. MONOCOT will assist in every way to work with the manufacturer(s) should such a claim be made and the customer requests assistance from MONOCOT.
