    Why Grow Wheatgrass?

Most of Earth’s population is malnourished.

Devitalized foods fill out grocery shelves. Mass scale farming has reduced our food suppy to a nutritionally pathgetic and toxic state. “Civilized” nations are fattening on empty calories, hoping that man made chemical vitamins can replace the complex living compounds that our bodies were designed to use.
